1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing a ticket, applying for a stall, or entering into a sponsorship with Wee Flea, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Tickets and entry

• Tickets are sold through our external ticketing partner and are subject to their terms in addition to these.
• Entry may be refused where a valid ticket cannot be presented.
• Wee Flea reserves the right to amend the event schedule, line-up or venue where necessary.

3. Exhibitor participation

Stall applications are subject to curation and confirmation. Submitting an application does not guarantee a stall. Confirmed exhibitors will receive separate participation terms covering setup, conduct and payment.

4. Sponsor participation

Sponsorship enquiries are reviewed individually. Confirmed partnerships are governed by a separate signed agreement outlining deliverables on both sides.

5. Conduct

Visitors, exhibitors and sponsors are expected to behave respectfully. Wee Flea may remove any person or stall that violates venue rules or applicable law.

6. Liability

Wee Flea is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury arising from attendance, except where required by law.
